Who We Are...

We started SHADE because we’d seen the gap firsthand — technicians doing incredible work, let down by suppliers who couldn’t match their standards. The wrong shade, inconsistent quality, slow turnaround. It shouldn’t be that hard.

“If I couldn’t find the supplier, I needed to become the supplier.”

My name is Chloe, and I’ve spent the last nine years working in the hair loss industry — helping clients, testing products, and learning everything there is to know about hair replacement systems.

After almost a decade of working with suppliers who delivered on quality but not care, or care but not quality, I realised the supplier I was looking for didn’t exist. So together with Dan, I built it.

SHADE exists to change the standard. Quality hair, honest guidance, and real support — from real people who understand what your clients are going through.
