We offer FREE next day uk delivery on all orders over £100 using Royal Mail tracked and signed. Our cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm International orders will be charged £10 delivery. They will be shipped same day/next day however will not arrive next day. 

We offer a 14 day returns policy on unopened/unused hair. Hair must be unopened, in original packaging and returned to us within 14 days along with a returns note and tracking number must be provided to ensure safe return delivery to us. Refunds will be inspected and if accepted processed immediately.

We offer an 8 week returns policy where if the hair is faulty/dry/shedding where the correct aftercare has been followed we will look to repair/replace your hair however this is null/void if the hair has been coloured, permed or altered in anyway. Hair Testing by our supplier may be offered if there is any suspect or doubt of alterations which void the warranty.
