RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We offer a 14-day returns policy on unopened, unused hair. Hair must be
in its original packaging and returned to us within 14 days of delivery,
along with a returns note and a tracking number to ensure safe delivery
back to us.
Refunds will be inspected on arrival and, if accepted, processed
immediately to your original payment method.
OPENED OR USED HAIR PRODUCTS
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of hair products, opened or used
items are not eligible for refund or exchange. We recommend carefully
checking your order before opening any packaging.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Submit a return request by logging into your account at
account.shadehairloss.com, or via your order status page
(link in your order confirmation email)
2. Wait for approval — you'll receive a unique return reference number
by email
3. Write the return reference number clearly on the outside of your
parcel before posting
4. Include a returns note inside the parcel with your order details
5. Send the parcel back to us using a tracked service at the address
provided
Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty
or incorrect.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within
48 hours of delivery at shade.hairloss@yahoo.com with photos. We'll
arrange a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for
inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your
original payment method.
