- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Once received and quality-checked, your refund or store credit will be processed the same day to your original payment method.
- Returns are at Shade’s discretion, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
